Something most of us need to change is our consumption habits, and finding new and better ways to make people buy more pre-owned items is one way to change them. With this in mind, combined with the fact that there is a gap (or at least no worthy platform) to buy and sell mid-range priced pre-owned furniture and interior details, I made a conceptual app – Second home.
Second home works just like any other online second hand marketplace; users upload and sell their pre-owned items. What differentiates Second home from other similar services is that users have permission to upload original product photos from the brand as the main image, which makes Second home an inspiring and pleasant app to browse. The app is also built around trust. User reviews have a central role to minimize purchase barriers.
